To make it easier for smaller children, choose macaroni that have big holes so that it is easy for them to thread.

What you'll need...

• Macaroni of different shapes and sizes
• Yarn or twine
• Acrylic paint, Mom's favorite colors
• Masking tape
• Scissors

Here's how to make it...

1.Choose your macaroni shapes and paint them all different colors...what are mom's favorite colors?

2.Cut a piece of yarn as long as you'd like your necklace. Wrap a piece of masking tape around the end of the yarn, this will make it easier to thread the yarn through the macaroni.

3.Once the paint is dry, thread the macaroni onto the yarn in what ever pattern you'd like. You're done, great job!
